ما الذي يجعل المكتب مناسبًا؟

كنت أستمع إلى تجربة أحد الزملاء الذي انتقل مؤخرًا إلى مكتب جديد، وقال إن اختياره لم يكن سهلًا كما توقع. أثناء بحثه عن مكاتب للایجار جدة، وجد مكتبًا واسعًا وجميلًا، لكنه اكتشف بعد الزيارة أن مواقف السيارات محدودة وأن استقبال الزوار قد يكون صعبًا. في المقابل، كان هناك مكتب أصغر قليلًا لكنه أكثر راحة من ناحية الموقع والوصول. أحيانًا التفاصيل العملية تظهر فقط عند زيارة المكان شخصيًا. برأيكم، هل المساحة أهم أم سهولة الوصول للمكتب؟
