4 If you already have a demo version of the software, you will receive a User Name and Password that will unlock the rest of the software. If you do not have a demo version of the software then we will send you the software on a CD.

5 You will receive support for 12 months (from the date of the order) via email or fax and free upgrades for the same period.

6 Thereafter you can have the optional maintenance service that will provide continued support by email or fax and upgrades to the software as they become available.
